Community and indigenous concession process
IMPORTANT: Considering the constitutional reform initiative through which several autonomous agencies disappear, including the Federal Telecommunications Institute, as well as the reform to Article 2. Constitutional reform on indigenous peoples, the information contained in this site will be updated as the secondary laws are issued.
Concession application 2024
The presentation of applications for concession of Frequency Bands to provide public radio broadcasting services for community and indigenous social use may be made on any working day and time of the year in accordance with the annual work calendar of the Institute. Likewise, the locations of interest do not need to be included in this Program 2024.
